Tube Bending & End Forming
Aero Inc. is capable of bending tube and pipe from ¼”dia. up to 3.00”dia. We are experienced in bending ferrous and nonferrous material with internal mandrels for thinner wall materials and appearance parts or empty compression style bending of heavier wall tubes. Our benders are CNC controlled so programing and controlling difficult shapes and sizes is feasible.
There are many shapes and sizes of tubes and we have a large selection of bending tools which we can utilize for your parts. If we do not have the tooling sizes you are looking for, we can quote tools that will meet your exact needs.
Many tube designs require end finishing such as expanding, reducing or flaring on either one or both ends of parts. Our end forming department is capable of end finish parts for a wide variety of applications.
