Quality & Inspection
Quality is the monument of our company and is not something that is inspected into a part but rather built into our parts starting with our estimating department and continuing on through contract review, engineering, quality planning, manufacturing and shipping department.
We are a Certified ISO 9001 : 2008 Company. Inspection of the parts we produce can be verified with our 6 axis high accuracy Romer absolute CMM measuring machine with hard copy print out inspection results and PPAP services. We can also offer certified dedicated production inspection check gages for short or long production runs. We also use certified Granite Surface Plates with miscellaneous height gages and blocks.
Engineering
The Engineering department presently works with both Auto Cad and Solid Works Cad software and is complimented with a 42” Design Jet printer/plotter.
